WHERE IS MY CBD?

All orders are processed within 24-72 hours of them being placed. Once your product is shipped, you will get a shipping confirmation via email with tracking information. If for any reason you have not received an email, please email us at [email protected].

MY PRODUCT ARRIVED DAMAGED. WHAT DO I DO?

You can request a replacement within 30 days of delivery. To request an exchange send an email with your order number to [email protected]

HOW DO I TRACK MY PACKAGE?

You should receive an email notification with your tracking number once your package has shipped. If for whatever reason you did not receive one, please email [email protected].

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

We do everything we can to get it right, but sometimes, something goes wrong. If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can request a replacement or return within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the product. We ship to all US states except: Nebraska, South Dakota and Wyoming. This list may be modified without notice at our discretion due to changing regulatory landscape.

CAN I MODIFY OR CANCEL MY ORDER?

We begin processing your order very quickly after it is received. If we can intercept it before it has been processed, we will modify or cancel your order. Once your order has been processed, it cannot be canceled or changed. To request a modification to or cancelation of your order send an email with your order number to [email protected].

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE FOR ME TO GET A REFUND?

After we have processed your return request, it can take anywhere from 3-10 business days for the refund to show on your credit card.

DO YOU SHIP INTERNATiONALLY?

We currently only ship within the United States.

I chose warm weather shipping. MY SHIPPING PACKAGE HAD AN IcE PACK BUT IT WAS ROOM TEMPERATURE WHEN IT ARRIVED.

For customers who chose the Warm Weather Shipping option. Products are shipped with ice packs to ensure they don’t melt in transit. Depending on the temperatures in your area, the ice packs might be room temperature when they arrive.
